Our client is an international bank located in the heart of the City of London. They are renowned for their comprehensive financial services and commitment to fostering client relationships and innovative solutions in the banking sector.

An opportunity has arisen for a diligent and detail-oriented Transaction Banking Business Support Officer to join our client’s Corporate Banking Department. The ideal candidate will support operational and administrative tasks related to onboarding target clients, regulatory and internal reporting, market research, and data analysis. Additionally, the role involves participating in business development and relationship management activities, contributing to the promotion and development of cash management products.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist in the preparation of business plans, internal reports, and administrative communications.
- Prepare regular reports on transaction banking activities, including transaction volumes, revenues, and client feedback.
- Collate monthly, quarterly, and annual performance statistics and ensure timely updates from Relationship Managers.
- Collect and analyze departmental business data to provide actionable insights.

2. **Implementation of Transaction Banking Services:**
- Assist in the implementation and improvement of transaction banking processes.
- Serve customers with transaction banking inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers to address customer needs promptly.
- Assist in drafting department promotional materials and customizing client proposal solutions.

3. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other business support functions, risk management, and compliance teams to ensure a cohesive and efficient working environment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Manage a demanding and reactive workload to assist the department in meeting key objectives and regulatory requirements.

4. **Other Duties:**
- Undertake activities as directed by the Line Manager or Head of Department to support departmental KPIs.
- Work flexibly across various activities to provide proactive support.
- Liaise with colleagues and team leaders to identify areas for improvement and ensure appropriate support for all department members.

**Skills Required:**
- Professional experience in banking, Fintech, or corporate treasury-related industries preferred.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and high productivity.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of transaction banking products and related services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is essential
