The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and entrepreneurial corporate finance firm backed by experienced and well-networked individuals in the market. As the TS Manager you will be responsible for conducting due diligence, financial analysis, risk assessments and market research on a variety of transactions.

The Candidate
As a qualified ACA/ACCA with 1-2 years of transaction advisory experience, you will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual who is seeking to develop a personal brand in a market facing role. With excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will also ideally have experience managing staff and leading engagements.

A rapidly growing, independent advisory firm with extensive experience providing a wide range of services across hundreds of engagements. They partner with clients in a variety of sectors including private equity, services, technology and energy. In response to continued growth in the business they are looking for a Manager who will offer best-in-class service to clients.
