The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful and entrepreneurial corporate finance firm backed by experienced and well-networked individuals in the market. As a TS Executive you will be working very closely with the Partners/Directors responsible for conducting due diligence, financial analysis, risk assessments and market research on a variety of transactions.

The Candidate
As a qualified ACA/ACCA with 3-4 years of audit and accounting experience, you will be a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual with an eagerness to learn. With excellent communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will also ideally have experience of transactions and/or corporate finance advisory.

The Company
A rapidly growing, independent advisory firm with extensive experience providing a wide range of services across hundreds of engagements. They have partnered with clients in a variety of sectors including private equity, services, technology and energy. In response to continued growth in the business they are looking for an Executive who will offer best-in-class service to clients.
