TRAINING PROJECT COORDINATOR

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join the team in Slough on a 6 month rolling contract to support the EMEA Training Manager with operational training initiatives and coordinate a specific training program.

The Role of the Training Project Coordinator

Data Security Training

  • Manages, coordinates, and oversees security-related training
  • Follows a monthly plan coordinated by the Senior Manager and continually encourages - Security Management Team/supervisors and their teams to implement fresh, creative, unique, and successful approaches to teaching and training security officers.
  • Ensures that ongoing updates, revisions, and changes to policies and procedure are promptly communicated to the assigned security teams in the form of additional training.
  • Converts company specific training components into stand-alone teaching tools, including the addition of audio (voice over) to original PowerPoint training presentations.
  • Continually develops, or updates, training aids such as manuals and site/issue-specific Supplementary Training.
  • Ensures all training is captured and reported through the training verification tool for automated reporting.

Experience Training

  • Deliver workshops within the EMEA region. Either independently, or with the support of the manager.
  • Set up and manage the monthly reporting for the training across EMEA.
  • Maintain library of improvement measures on Share point
  • Monitor client experience survey data
  • Support the project teams as they manage the projects and as guided by the Project Lead.

The Person

  • Strong MS Office Skills
  • Confident in creating new training material to support the business including e-learn creation (training can be given).
  • Project Management.
  • Ability to track and maintain schedule assignments.
  • Planning, organizing and leadership skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and achieve results.
  • Ability to carry out multiple assignments concurrently.
  • Confident communicating to multiple stakeholders
  • PRINCE 2 an advantage
  • Training delivery an advantage
