We're seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Training Manager to join our Human Resources team. This individual will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of training programs within our not-for-profit organisation.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Training manager are:

  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs for all levels of staff.
  • Implement training initiatives and strategies across the organisation.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Ensure that training materials and methods comply with current regulations and learning standards.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to understand learning needs and goals.
  • Manage the training budget effectively.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in training and development.
  • Maintain records of all training activities and program effectiveness.

Profile

A successful Training Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong project management abilities.
  • Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
  • A keen interest in personal and professional development.

Job Offer
