Our client, a well-established software company with customers ranging from large companies and banks to government agencies. Main activities are software development; maintenance, direct and indirect support of software; professional services. Currently looking for a Head of Training to join the team.

OBJECTIVES

Ensure that the company deliver * partner training

* customer training

Ensure that all staff are able to:

* operate in accordance with internal processes and principles

* support and maintain the culture of the company

* Improve staff qualifications and abilities across the board through the planning and provision of internal and external training.

THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE

* working closely with our Professional Services team, who carry out most of our external training activities

* putting together training programmes for staff, partner enablement and customers

* taking responsibility for all existing training operations

* working with the executive team to develop training plans to support the company's strategy

* working with management to plan, deliver and evaluate training

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

* a solid delivery record

* experience with both classroom and e-learning

* no formal HR training
