As a driving force in ever-growing training initiatives, the Training Lead will develop and deliver comprehensive programmes, playing an exciting role in the company’s project roadmap. Seize the opportunity to craft innovative resources and strategies to make your mark in the Media and Entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with departments across the business to develop initial strategies
- Facilitate the creation of new end-to-end training process, including the documentation of the process
- Perform Training Needs Analysis Assessments by project, determining training requirements
- Craft training support materials and effectively deliver one-to-one mentoring to business SME’s, using up-to-date training techniques
- Monitor adoption of new processes and use of post-training resources
Key Experiences:
- Excellent experience in carrying out training needs analysis, developing and delivering training courses and providing one-to-one coaching
- Exceptional understanding of training techniques and blended learning
- Good experience in the creation of cross-team processes, and involvement in projects as Subject Matter Expert or Business Lead
- Ideally experienced within a customer service, target-driven environment
- Good working knowledge of MS Tools
- Skilled Coach and Trainer, displaying leadership, motivation, and teamwork competencies
- Strong problem-solving skills & ability to drive results
- Possess relevant Training qualification
