Are you detail-oriented, experienced, and ready for your next career step? We have a fantastic opening for a Quality Assurance & Training Coordinator to join the customer experience team of this successful Banbury based company. This position involves a strategic mix of quality assurance, training development, and hands-on customer service when required.

**Hybrid available working 3 days per week from home and 2 days per week in the office**

Role Description:

  • Conduct comprehensive Quality Assurance assessments and compile detailed reports.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and communication templates.
  • Prioritize training needs alongside the department manager to ensure top-notch delivery.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new team members and occasionally step in as a Customer Experience Advisor.

Candidate Profile:

  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proven track record in implementing effective solutions.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance or a training coordination role is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability in creating and delivering training programs.
