Training Administrator
We are looking for a Scheduling & Customer Service Coordinator for a company in the South of Aberdeen. If you have experience in Training Administration, Planning, Logistics, Operations Admin or similar this could be the role for you.
Customer Service / CRM
- Working as part of the Customer Service Team dealing with all customer enquiries and requests received via telephone, email and company website
- Providing information and assistance on our training courses
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent Customer Service
- Registering leads on CRM system and monitoring their progress to completion
- Rotational cover of reception, checking in delegates arriving for training courses
Administration
- Process customer bookings ensuring all prerequisite requirements are met
- Completion of all related administration tasks and paperwork within designated timescales
- Register delegates with awarding bodies
- Book online exams for course attendees
- Preparation and issuing of training course administration packs
- Organise training materials and handouts
- Raise awarding body certificates for customers
- Preparation and distribution of customer feedback to internal departments
- Raise invoices
Scheduling
- Scheduling of all training activities to meet business requirements
- Monitoring scheduled courses to ensure minimum numbers are achieved
- Allocating training rooms, instructors and resources as appropriate
- Reallocating, rescheduling or cancelling courses to accommodate personnel leave and development
- Booking meeting rooms and assessment facilities to fulfil requests from internal
- departments
- Updating catering with projected course numbers
Role Information
Location: Altens, Aberdeen
Hours: 36.25 (Monday-Friday – 8.15am-4.30pm, 45 min lunch, 15 min paid break/15 min unpaid break)
Holidays: 37
Pension: Employer 9%
