Trainee Stitcher

Are you passionate about stitching? Do you enjoy stitching as a hobby? Or have you never stitched before but would love to learn how?

Our client based near Maryport is looking for a number of candidates to join the company on a temporary- permanent basis. The role is working in a factory environment & you will assist in making a product working within a team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a global manufacturing company & the best part is you would be working a 4 day week Monday- Thursday with every Friday, Saturday & Sunday off!!

Hours are 7.00am -17.10pm and starting rate of pay is £10.42 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand stitching techniques and processes.
  • Operate and maintain stitching machinery.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Work with team members to meet production goals.

Experience/Skills

  • No prior stitching experience required; training will be provided.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
