My client an independent agent in Sidcup, is looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator for their busy office in Sidcup.

This role would suit a sales-focused individual who is looking to forge a long-term career in the property industry.

The successful Trainee Sales Negotiator will be offered:

  • Basic of up to £20,000 
  • Guarantee for the first 6 months
  • Up to £40,000 OTE 
  • Car Allowance provided
  • Ongoing training and support
  • Career progression
  • Free parking

Working Hours:

  • As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, you will be expected to work full-time 

Requirements for a Trainee Sales Negotiator:

  • Good knowledge of the Sidcup area
  • Hard working and flexible attitude
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Full driving license and own car

As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Successfully negotiate offers
  • Drive the business forward by offering great customer service
  • Arrange and attend viewings
  • Greeting buyers and vendors
  • Registering customers
  • Matching requirements and arranging viewings
  • Calling out new properties
