Trainee Sales Negotiator

Our client a recently expanded 2 office independent Estate Agent are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Sales Negotiator.

You will be based in their busy property showroom on Uxbridge High Street, the perfect location to deliver an innovative
and professional service that always puts the customer first. Founded by 2 directors with over 40 years local experience who have developed a true understanding of client's needs when it comes to property. Their vision is clear, every client needs to be valued and offered a service that will lead to a relationship for life.

This is a great opportunity for someone that is looking to secure their first role in the property industry, with a well known brand Estate Agency. You will be joining a high performing and dedicated Sales team in the busy Uxbridge office.

The ideal candidate is someone who is target driven and works well in that environment. You are ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career, working well in a team with a winning mindset. Ideally you will have previous experience in a sales role where you have offered excellent customer service, but need not necessarily have estate agency experience. Local to Uxbridge ideally with a positive attitude and a 'can do' approach is essential, as is the desire to get into the property industry.

You must hold a full UK driving licence and own your own car.

Salary package and benefits of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include:

• Basic £17,000 to £18,000
• OTE £25,000 to £30,000
• £100 per month car allowance
• Mon to Thurs 9am to 6pm Fri 9am to 5pm working every other Saturday 9am to 4 pm ( 5 day/6 day working week)

Responsibilities of the Trainee Sales Negotiator position include:

• Registering and qualifying potential buyers
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Negotiating the sale of properties between vendors and buyers
• Preparing sales brochures
• Developing relationships and giving advice to buyers and vendors on a continual basis
• Booking appointments and conducting viewings

The skills required for the Trainee Sales Negotiator role will include:

• High level of customer service skills ideally with customer service background
• Well spoken with good telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• An excellent team player
• Target driven
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
