  • Salary:? £23,000 to £26,000
  • Location: ?Eastbourne
  • Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm (Weekday) 8:30am-4:30pm (Saturdays) - one day off in the week
  • Benefits: Basic salary commission, monthly and annual bonuses, big lively office

My client, one of the most successful independent Estate Agencies in Eastbourne, has a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join the friendly and lively team. The role includes:

  • Arranging and attending property viewings with clients
  • Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers & many other third parties
  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process
  • Maintaining good and strong relationships with individuals
  • Striving to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Proactively seeking out new business and generate leads
  • Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the property market
