A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our client’s busy office in Kennington! They are looking for an individual who enjoys meeting people, is good on the phone and thrives working in a fast-paced environment.

Previous estate agency experience is not necessary as full training will be provided; however, you will ideally have had experience within a target driven sales role within another industry.

Your tasks will include:

• Registering prospective buyers
• Arranging and accompanying prospective buyers on viewings
• Gaining feedback following viewings
• Feedback to vendors
• Negotiation between buyers and vendors.

Personal specification:

• Team player and ability to work under own initiative
• An excellent communicator
• Confident and outgoing
• Target driven
• IT literate
• Well presented
• Full UK driving licence.

The salary package for this role will include a basic of up to £20,000, plus on target earnings of £35,000 to £45,000 in your first year dependent on experience and performance.
