Trainee Sales Negotiator

Area: Putney

Hours: Mon – Fri 9am - 6pm (Sat 9am - 5pm)
You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis, 5 day then a 6 day.

Our client based in South-West London is looking to expand their team and are on the lookout for an ambitious individual who wants to start their property career. They have a very good training programme and offer excellent career progression.
 
Tasks

• Generate applicants for the properties by calling through existing database
  
• Responding to enquiries from property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and on the market by phone and email
  
• Arrange and conduct viewings
  
• Negotiate offers with both vendor and applicants
  
• Hitting sales targets/KPI’s on a weekly/monthly basis
  
• Helping with business development/getting properties to market

• Basic up to £22k
  
• On target Earnings (OTE commission + basic) £33k+
