• Please note you will need to work some Saturdays on a rota with a day off during the week if a Saturday is worked

As Trainee Sales & Letting Negotiator in this varied and exciting role you will be involved in the full processes of both selling and letting high quality properties in the area.

Initially, you will be:

• Marketing potential properties for sale or to let
• Registering client details and requirements
• Learning the legal processes to sell and let properties
• Getting out of the office conducting property viewings on properties in the local area

After full training you will also:

• Negotiate offers liaising between prospective clients/tenants and the property owners
• Follow the whole sales & lettings processes through to completion ensuring properties are successfully sold or let in line with the latest legislation
• Enjoy the satisfaction of successful transactions and the financial rewards of this role

Candidates should:

• Have an interest in property and be keen to provide the best possible customer experience that their team pride themselves on
• Possess excellent communication skills with a great telephone manner
• Hold a UK driving licence and have your own car
• Live with in easy driving distance of Surbiton
• Knowledge of the Surbiton area would be an advantage
