Zenon Aviation Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer to join the team at our HQ in Guildford. Our well-located offices are based within the main town area and offers staff parking and is a 15-minute walk from Guildford main line train station.

About the role

We are looking for someone to join our service delivery team to assist with the recruitment of Aviation Professionals on either a contract or permanent basis on behalf of our clients globally.

Successful candidates will work extensively within the aviation community, building professional and meaningful candidate relationships to assist aviation professionals in securing their career objectives on a world-wide basis.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

· Be responsible for the sourcing, contacting and the selection of candidates using our bespoke in-house database and external tools such as LinkedIn, job boards and other external 3rd party platforms

· Working with existing and new clients to fulfil their recruitment requirements

· Build a network of Aviation Professionals within multiple verticals in the sector, becoming a partner of choice in support of their next career move and career progression.

· Maintaining excellent levels of communications with your candidate community, from initial enquires and pre-screening, to document collation/verification and competency-based telephone interviews.

About you

To be successful within this role you will have:

· Experience of working in a sales or customer service focused role.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

· Proficient with use of Microsoft Office Applications including excel, word, PowerPoint and database applications.

· Experience of dealing with internal and external "customer" enquiries over the telephone, in writing or face-to-face.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent telephone manner to communicate with a broad range of people.

Due to our support of clients on a world-wide basis our hours of work are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm.
