Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Package: £25K - £27K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission - £35K OTE Year 1, £50K OTE Year 2, £70K OTE Year 3

As a trainee recruitment consultant, you will play a pivotal part in the new generation of consultants and will spearhead your very own career within the high lucrative world of cyber technology tecruitment. You will be the centre of finding top firms who require assistance in growing their technical teams, you will understand your client and candidates needs personally to match and align both candidate, client and opportunity perfectly, all whilst building a unique professional relationship throughout the whole 360 journey.

Daily you will:

• Identify, headhunt and build relationships with potential technical candidates
• Engage with potential talent through e-marketing, meetings, phone etc
• Utilise various tools to market opportunities to potential talent and clients
• Conduct thorough market research to find new clients within your tech focus
• Build relationships with some of the biggest technically transformative firms globally
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process with candidate’s and clients fully

Your daily objective will be to find and create opportunities to have conversations with some of the most sought-after technology talent and firms in some of the most transformative markets globally. You must have an ambitious mindset, the willingness to learn and a drive to do more and better every day.
