Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Reading - £22-25K basic - £40,000 - £50,000 OTE

Our client operates across a few different sectors such as Engineering and Tech, however you can expect to be trained to become a specialist within a niche area from the beginning of your recruitment journey. You’ll be joining a company with a strong ethos on nurturing candidate and client relationships with a whopping 80% of their jobs coming in from repeat business! In addition, you will be working alongside a Director with a proven track record of developing trainee consultants into top performers.

What your day looks like:

• Utilising recruitment tools and technologies to attract, screen, and qualify A- grade candidates
• Forming and maintaining close relationships with your candidates and clients
• Updating internal databases by remaining consistently organised
• Working towards, hitting, and then exceeding targets by utilising sales tactics
• Respond to all communications in a timely matter to get ahead of the competition

• Confident with and an outgoing personality
• Degree educated, additional sales experience huge advantage
• Sports backgrounds are a bonus
