Abbatt Property Recruitment are an award-winning staffing agency placing people into roles in the Residential Property industry, predominantly in London. We offer a range of HR, staffing and recruitment solutions to property managers, including short notice temps, highly skilled perms and our outsourcing solution, Dual Management.

We are looking for energetic and organised TraineeRecruitment Consultants to join us on our busy Temporaries desk at Abbatt Property Recruitment. The role involves posting job adverts, searching job boards for suitable candidates, inviting candidates to interview then meeting them face to face or on zoom to perform an interview (running through a checklist), entering details onto our software. The role then progresses to become a Recruitment Consultant role, liaising with clients and taking/filling bookings with our database of candidates. There are further progression routes in to team supervising/management, account management and client development.

Full training will be given, so we are looking for great people with bubbly and engaging personalities, who would consider themselves to be a 'people person' and who have some experience of working in a busy or customer facing role (hospitality, retail, reception, admin etc). Having a desire to work in recruitment is a plus, and there are so many progression opportunities for the right person to gain a fulfilling and lucrative career.

We are ideally looking for people who can start immediately, but we are also happy to wait for the right person.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (flexible - 7.5 hours per day between these hours)
