We are delighted to be growing our legal division at Eclectic Recruitment and are seeking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a full time, permanent basis.

Main duties will include:

  • Building relationships with existing clients as well as developing new business
  • Taking full job briefs from clients
  • Creating job descriptions for adverts
  • Arranging interviews and preparing candidates beforehand
  • Responding to suitable applications and searching for candidates via a range of techniques
  • Identify and qualify candidates and assess their suitability against client requirements
  • Resource through job boards, internal database and LinkedIn
  • Offering professional support, advice and tips to candidates and clients
  • Providing an honest and consultative service to clients and candidates alike

The successful candidate will have:

  • A keen interest in recruitment
  • Previous sales experience would be ideal but not essential
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A confident, tenacious personality
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge

This is a full time, office-based position although flexibility can be offered, as well as a highly competitive basic salary and an excellent commission structure.

No recruitment experience required although if you have experience, this will be considered.
