Package: £25,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Structure (£40K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 2)

Your role as a Recruiter!

• Become the "go-to" recruiter within your specific market discipline
• Develop new business with target clients in your market
• Source the finest talent for your clients through multiple channels and manage the whole recruitment process from start to finish!
• Build an awesome candidate community using the latest recruitment methods such as Social Media, LinkedIn, Phone Calls & Meetups
• Maintain long-term client relationships- we are working with some of the best firms out there!

What you need!

• Degree Educated or experience in an office environment
• B2B sales experience would be ideal!
• You must be highly motivated to work in recruitment
• You must be able to demonstrate resilience
• You must have a competitive edge that drives you to succeed
• You must be money-motivated and be an ambitious individual that wants to progress quickly
