Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Package: £25,000 - £28,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (First year earnings: £35K) (Second year earnings: £50K)

The company specialise in placing technology experts into leading Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Bank and Fintech companies across the UK and US and offer a leading commission scheme meaning no limit on what you can earn.

As a Graduate coming into the business, you will be working closely with the co-founders of the business resulting in hands-on training and an approach tailored to you.

The Role:

• Researching your market
• Meeting clients and candidates
• Account management
• Interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with existing and new clients
• Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
• Building a personal brand in your market

• Recent graduate or 1 years sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
