Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Location: Bristol

Package: £23K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£45K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

• Business Development and building business relationships
• Headhunting and identifying suitable candidates.
• Negotiating and objection handling.
• Qualifying candidates and building candidate networks.
• Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.
• Lead & referral generating.
• Learning to become an expect in your market.
