Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Basic 25k OTE 35K year 1, YEAR 2 OTE 60+

iNVESTMENT BANKING SPEACE - US MARKET, 30K AVERAGE FEE

A fantastic and very successful recruitment business are looking to grow their network of clients in the surrounding area by bringing in a trainee recruitment consultant who is keen to drive the business forward.

The business specialise in all areas of Investment Banking and Private equity and they assist their client in sourcing the best skilled professionals in this space

It would suit someone with a sales background used to high level activity and winning new business. However my client is happy to look at people with experience in other sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Stratergize and develop a way of attracting and retaining new business whilst maintaining a high level of service to the business the already work with
  • Arrange and attend client meetings to build a strong picture of what the client requires and how you can help them
  • Gaining an understanding of competitors to always stay ahead of the market and know what is going on in the industry
  • Hand down your clients requirements to the delivery team with great detail to make sure they deliver on your promises to the client
  • Work with the client to ensure you can assist with ALL areas of their businesses
  • Source and place candidiates into roles and opportunties won
