SALARY: £25K + uncapped commission (OTE £40K year 1)

THE BUSINESS - TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:

• Specialising in Cyber Security, NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Offices in London, Germany, Arizona and New York.

THE ROLE - TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:

• Establishing connections with candidates and clients, understanding their distinct needs, and facilitating ideal matches.
• Employing headhunting, referrals, advertising, and networking events to identify exceptional candidates.
• Acquiring new clients through proactive outreach.
• Preparing candidates for interviews, enabling them to shine.
• Cultivating constructive feedback exchanges with clients and candidates, nurturing positive relationships.
• Closing deals and reaping the rewards of success!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE - TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:

• Holds a degree with honours from a Top 40 University OR possesses a minimum of 1 year of work experience (B2B sales experience preferred).
• Active involvement in extracurricular pursuits (e.g., sports, societies, etc.) showcasing diverse interests.
• Embraces an ambitious and determined mindset, striving for excellence in all endeavours.
• Demonstrates resilience, capable of navigating challenges while embracing the positives of the role.
