SALARY: £25K + uncapped commission (OTE £40K year 1)

LOCATION: Monument, City of London

My client is the fastest growing group of specialist recruitment companies globally and are made up of 3 specialist recruitment brands (Cyber Security, NetSuite and Salesforce). Alongside their London office, they also have offices in Germany, Arizona and New York.

They have incredible growth plans to double headcount by the end of the year, and their hiring starts now! They are looking for 3 exceptional people to join their London office THIS MONTH.

They offer a mixture of both classroom and desk training, and you will be assigned a mentor from your specific vertical. Entry level training ranges from the fundamentals of recruitment, to technical knowledge and sales techniques. Your progression will be clearly mapped out from day 1, so you know exactly where your career can take you.

THE ROLE - TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:

• Building connections with candidates and clients, understanding their unique requirements, and creating perfect matches.
• Utilising headhunting, referrals, advertising, and networking events to discover exceptional candidates.
• Acquire new clients through cold calling.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, helping them shine in their best light.
• Engage in constructive feedback exchanges with both clients and candidates, fostering positive relationships.
• Seal the deal and reap the rewards of your success!

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE - TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:

• Hold a degree with a 2:1 or higher from a Top 40 University OR A minimum of 1 year of work experience (B2B sales experience is preferred).
• Engagement in extracurricular activities (e.g., sports, societies, etc.) to showcase your diverse interests.
• Embracing an ambitious and determined mindset, driven to achieve excellence in all you do!
• Resilience is required, you need to be able to handle the tough sides of the role in order to enjoy the positives.
• Ability to work extra hours to achieve individual and team targets.
