Trainee Recruitment Consultant - HOT 100 Business

Package: £23K-25K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission Structure (£35K OTE Year 1) (£50K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

The Role:

• Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
• Account Management
• Interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with existing and new clients
• Networking
• Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies
• Calling prospective candidates and clients
• Building a personal brand in your chosen market
• Attending networking events

The Requirements:

The Company are looking for individuals who are hard-working, outgoing by nature with exceptional drive, resilience, and ambition - no prior recruitment experience is required!
