TRM is partnering with a financial services recruitment business actively seeking entry-level recruiters to join its team.

  • Founded in 2010, it has since grown to two office locations, London and Manchester. Its client base expands through the UK, Europe, the US, and Asia, with some of the largest financial institutions on its client book.

The Opportunity

  • Joining the business initially as an Associate, you will work alongside the Managing Director, directly assisting him in sourcing candidates for his clients’ opportunities.
  • Once you hit your first promotion (within 6-12 months), you will have the opportunity to develop your own client base and grow the revenue you generate for the business and the commission cheques.

The Profile

  • Degree Education
  • Sporting background - ideally played to a reasonable level (1st Team/2nd team), if not good sporting achievements.
  • A clear understanding of the job as a recruiter
  • Hardworking & financially motivated
