Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Automotive

The Solution Automotive Recruitment are growing! We are looking to recruit and train a recruitment consultant.

Ideally, you will have experience in any of the following;

• Sales
• Telesales
• Direct sales
• Customer service

If you have a fear of speaking to strangers, this isn't for you. 90% of the job is picking up the phone and building relationships with both new and existing clients.

You must also have strong written communication skills (CRM / Emails)

In year one, you can expect to earn between £20,000 and £25,000 but when the shackles are off, you could realistically earn between £30,000 and £40,000 PA......... it all depends on how much you want it! It's uncapped.

Working hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday but out of hours calls are the name of the game when established.
