Reed Construction are delighted to be working for a successful specialist contractor looking for Trainee Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Assistant.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who want to start a career in Quantity Surveying.

The company are an established and successful business with a wide portfolio of clients that includes some key Framework Contracts working predominantly within National Highways contracts and the local authority sector. The company is looking for an Assistant or Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join the team working across a portfolio of clients and in particular Framework Contracts with an NEC bias.

The role will involve, working with the Senior QS and the rest of the operational and commercial teams you will be involved with the contractual and commercial administration of projects across different clients. You will have exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery.

The role will suit a candidate looking to start a career within Quantity Surveying, You will want to become a Qualified Quantity Surveyors and will be put through the apprenticeship / training to eventually gain Chartered QS status
