Trainee Property Manager - Leading Estate Agent in North London

*Essentials - Customer service experiemce in a non retail environment & Driving Licence*

Salary up to £30k dependent on experience

Monday to Friday - 9:00 - 17:30 or 9:30 - 18:00

Trainee Property Manager duties include:

* Receiving and actioning maintenance issues and instruct approved contractors

* Carrying out property inspections

* Act as liaison between landlords, tenants, contractors

* Renewing safety certifications and contracts

* Issuing section notices

* Organising check ins/outs and inventories
