Our client is a well-established Independent Financial Planning firm based in the heart of Derby. Our client is committed to providing the best possible independent financial advice to their clients. With over 40 years' experience within their financial services field, their financial planning and support team are highly qualified, experienced, and adept in providing exceptional levels of service and support.

Responsibilities

• Report writing / preparing client financial planning reports and fund switch/review reports.
• Complete research including performance/charges information/illustrations.
• Complete relevant tax calculations i.e. CGT/IHT/Chargeable events.
• Due Diligence and Central Research records maintained for business and kept up to date.
• Some new business processing.
• Valuations issued to clients.
• Obtaining illustrations/research - using Exchange/Exweb, O&M.
• Client liaison by phone and some face to face.
• Preparing client files and reviews for advisers/appointments.
• Review preparations including valuation reports.

Full exam support is on offer, as are genuine long term career prospects.

Requirements

- 18 months - 2 years within the Financial Services field.

- A can-do and positive attitude.
