NJR Recruitment are delighted to be representing a highly regarded Independent Wealth Management organisation who are based in the Sheffield area. Our Client holds an excellent reputation within the industry and provides a holistic approach to Whole of Market advice for their well established Client Bank.

Our Client is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator who is looking to progress into paraplanning, or an experienced trainee paraplanner looking to join a firm with more support, to provide support to the Financial Planners. This role will suit someone who has been working within financial services and has strong knowledge of Pensions, Investments, Protection and Stockbrokers as well as delivery of first class service to Clients and Consultants.

Responsibilities will include:

To provide efficient administrative support to a number of IFA's

Preparation of correspondence including letters and emails

Prepare new business and review packs for IFA client meetings

Obtain illustrations and valuations

Conduct product research

Write suitability reports

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working in an IFA practice. Those offering formal industry qualifications would be of benefit and the ability to work autonomously is essential.
