Trainee Paraplanner Opportunity in Glasgow – Study Support – Career Progression

Our client is a well-established and reputable financial planning firm based in Glasgow, offering holistic and independent advice to a diverse range of clients. They are now looking for a Trainee Paraplanner to join their friendly and professional team.

As a Trainee Paraplanner, you will support financial advisers by researching, verifying, and preparing financial reports and recommendations. You will also liaise with product providers, platforms, and clients, and ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A good background in IFA administration, preferably with experience in using back-office systems, platforms, and research tools
  • Level 4 Diploma in financial planning, or be working towards this  
  • Excellent communication, numeracy, and IT skills
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop
