Are you a financial planning administrator seeking the next step in your career?

Recruit UK are proud to be working with a prestigious wealth management firm that are recruiting for a Trainee Paraplanner. This will be a varied role and allow you to develop your skillset further, providing support to Financial Planners and writing suitability reports.

The ideal candidate will be midlands-based but work from home on a remote basis.

Duties will include:

• Research and prepare reports for the financial adviser
• Updating the CRM and ensuring this is compliant
• Processing new business
• Assist with quotations and illustrations
• Preparing suitability reports
• Undertaking product and fund research
• Liaising with clients and Financial Planning team throughout the advice process, helping to manage the client relationship
• Managing and prioritising tasks and workload

Skills and experience required:

• Previous financial planning administration experience
• At least one pass towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning required
• Proficient use of Excel
• Ability to multitask
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as a team
