Job Title: Trainee New Home Sales Advisor.

Location: Based in Colchester, Essex, UK.

Rewards: £20K - £25K Basic Salary plus Bonus and Benefits. OTE £35K.

Working Hours: Full time working 5 days per week, covering Thursday to Monday 10am - 5pm which will include weekends, and bank holidays.

Timeline: Immediate Interview and start date.

We are looking to train a bright energetic individual who is full of enthusiasm, self-motivation with good organisational skills to learn how to succeed in the new homes industry. The successful candidate will be well presented with an excellent telephone manor and have a passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service.

The successful candidate will receive full training that will ensure a seamless transition into the new build property sector.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting potential customers.
  • Provide clear understanding of the house types available.
  • Responding to all enquires via email, telephone or in person.
  • Arrange and track new plot viewings.
  • Updating company website and social media.

That’s just for starters, there is so much more to this role!

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer focused.
  • Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment with minimal supervision.
  • Accurate, numerate and computer literate.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Must have a full UK driving licence and own transport.
