Our client is an established agency dealing with an extensive portfolio of residential properties, and they are seeking a Trainee Negotiator to join their team. Paying a basic salary of £18k with an OTE of up to £25k plus a car allowance. Based in central Woking, they are looking for a driven and ambitious individual.

Duties:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries and registering applicants
  • Booking and carrying out viewings
  • Booking valuations and negotiating tenancy terms
  • Preparation of tenancy documents
  • Negotiating tenancy renewals and property sales.

  • Hours are 8.30 am to 6.30 pm Monday to Thursday - Finishing at 6.00 pm Fridays.

Saturday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm - with a day off every other week.
