You will be joining a high performing lettings team in their busy Pinner office.

The ideal candidate is someone who is target driven and looking to work within a team. You will be ambitious and highly motivated to progress your career and you will have a winning mindset. Ideally you will have previous experience in a sales role where you have offered excellent customer service, and have a keen interest and a passion for the property industry.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary package and benefits of the Trainee Lettings Negotiator position include:

• Basic £18,000
• OTE £23,000 to £26,000
• Mon to Fri working every other Saturday

Responsibilities of the Trainee Lettings Negotiator position include:

• Registering and qualifying potential tenants
• Generating and conducting viewings
• Canvassing to bring on new properties
• Liaising between landlords and tenants
• Property inspections
• Booking appointments and conducting viewings

The skills required for the Trainee Lettings Negotiator role will include:

• High level of customer service skills ideally with customer service background
• Well spoken with good telephone manner
• Well presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• An excellent team player
• Target driven
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be a car owner
