Overview: Trainee Health and Social Care Assessor

Do you have management experience in Health and Social Care and are looking for a career change? Have a passion to motivate young people? We might just have the opportunity for you! We are looking for an experienced Health and Social Care manager (Deputy Manager or Registered Manager) who is passionate about training and would like to become a qualified HSC Assessor.

You must hold a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification to be considered for this role.

Trainee Health and Social Care Tutor / Assessor: Essentials

  • A minimum 3 years management experience in an Health and Social Care setting (Deputy Manager or higher)
  • Uk driving license and use of own car
  • Home based covering Lincolnshire
  • A mixture of home working and visiting learners in their place of work in the Lincoln area
  • Delivering Health and Social Care apprenticeship qualifications up to Level 5 (including Functional Skills English and Maths)
  • Permanent position
  • Full Training and qualifications (TAQA) are funded and provided by the employer

Trainee Health and Social Care Tutor / Assessor: Salary and Expenses

  • The role is full-time, permanent
  • 40 hour working week, Mon-Fri, no unsociable hours or weekends
  • Home based and flexible working - manage your own diary
  • £27k - £28k (depending on experience and qualifications) - salary higher for qualified assessors
  • Full travel expenses
