As a Graduate Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in our firm's success. You will be part of a high-performing team, collaborating with seasoned professionals and engaging in challenging assignments across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including valuation modelling, financial statement analysis, and risk assessment, to support investment decisions and strategic recommendations.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investment opportunities, monitor industry trends, and provide insights into market dynamics that impact client portfolios.

Due Diligence: Support due diligence efforts by gathering, organising, and analysing relevant data, assessing investment risks, and identifying potential deal breakers or value drivers.

Deal Execution: Collaborate closely with senior team members to execute transactions, including preparing pitch books, drafting offering memorandums, and coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.

Client Engagement: Develop strong relationships with clients, participating in client meetings and calls, and assisting in the preparation of client presentations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or a related field

Strong academic track record, demonstrating quantitative and analytical aptitude

Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of investment banking principles and financial markets is preferred

Internship experience in finance or related fields is advantageous
