Trainee Insurance Broker

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is delighted to be assisting a forward thinking, expanding and well-respected broker in recruiting for Trainee Insurance Broker offering an excellent opportunity to grow and develop your career within Insurance.

Our client is looking to develop their own broking team and are currently embarking on a period of growth and can provide full training and development and the ability to take on professional qualifications such as CERT CII.

The successful candidates will be provided with a full training plan giving you experience of the insurance market as a whole, insurance broking and an industry accepted professional qualification. In addition, training on sales and soft skills will be an essential part of the individual development plans.

Applicants can either already have had some experience of working in Insurance such as claims or underwriting and now looking to move into a new area of insurance or be from a similar professional industry and now looking to develop a career in Insurance.

Our client is a Commercial, Motor Fleet and Private Clients Insurance broker, one of the largest and fastest growing independent brokers in the country, employing over 100 people.

This is an excellent opportunity to join this developing broker who will support your development.

Mainly office based whilst training is completed but then hybrid working would also be available to you, should you wish to utilise it.
