My client is looking for Insurance Advisors to join their busy and successful team. There is no experience necessary as they will provide you with full training! They offer a basic annual salary of £23,391, plus generous quarterly bonuses throughout the year!

With an April start date, you’ll have a 4-week induction followed by an 8-week training academy. They are committed to providing you with the best support, ensuring you step into your new role with confidence. Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone and via email.
• Thrive in a busy environment, managing high call volumes in a dynamic contact centre.
• Be target driven, to meet and exceed targets.
• Work collaboratively, to help and support each other whilst having a lot of fun!

Experience required:

• Previous customer service experience, this could be from retail or hospitality.
• Team player, comfortable working in a close knit and supportive team.
• Ambitious and driven to succeed.
• Willingness to learn.
