TRAINEE INSURANCE ADVISOR - CHICHESTER - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED!!

Due to continued growth and success an opportunity has arisen for an Insurance Advisor based in Chichester.

About you:

You will enjoy having conversations with people, listening and building relationships as it’s important that we really get to know our clients and understand their requirements.

You have awesome problem-solving skills - all of our clients are totally unique, so we need to come up with tailor made solutions as we don’t have a "one size fits all" approach

You may currently be working in a customer service or sales role and are now looking for that next step in your career. We don’t require any previous experience as we offer on-site training, workshops, coaching and will support you through industry qualifications.

You will be ambitious. We promote within, everyone in a leadership position started out as an Insurance Advisor - We give you all the tools, all we ask from you is the desire to succeed.

What will you be doing:

Providing high levels of sales and customer service

Dealing with new business, issuance, adjustments and renewals of insurance policies.

Helping customers find the most appropriate policy to match their needs and requirements.

Working towards individual and branch KPI’s and sales targets

Any other duties required by the business.

Key skills:

· Previous experience in insurance not required - full training is provided for the right candidate.

· High levels of Customer Service

· Professional, hard working and calm under pressure

· Work well as a team player and working to tight deadlines.

· Strong communication skills

· Sales ability

· Confident with dealing with customers face to face and over the phone.

· Build and maintain client relationships.

· Full training will be provided for the right candidate!

Hours: 08:30 - Fri 5pm Monday - Friday

Sat: 08:30 - 12pm (a one in one off rota)
