Salary: £27K basic, OTE £40-50K year 1, £50-70K year 2

Location: Liverpool Street, City of London

My client was founded in 2017 to support US and UK hedge funds to hire the best talent within quantitative trading, machine learning and technology. They work with a 'headhunters’ mentality, meaning they specialise in sourcing the 'tough to find’ talent for their clients.

The role of a Trainee Hedge Funds Recruitment Consultant:

• Using different platforms to approach top candidates, market mapping and finding intel into the market.
• Building a strong reputation in the market through networking.
• Understanding the requirements of candidates and clients, and ensuring they are met before introductions are made.
• Developing an expertise understanding of your market, which will aid your credibility in the industry.
• Managing the candidate process, ensuring they are prepared for interviews and available for scheduled interviews.
• Delivering feedback following interviews and managing further stages.

The profile of a Trainee Hedge Funds Recruitment Consultant:

• 2:1/1st class STEM related degree at a top 20 university
• Work experience throughout university
• Extra-curricular sports or activities
• Driven, hard working and resilien
