Established in 2007, Warner Scott Recruitment is leading finance and banking recruitment consultancy with offices based in London and Dubai. We are looking for bright and ambitious graduates to join our growing team. The role will offer considerable progression opportunities and an excellent financial reward scheme.

Responsibilities include:

*Marketing - calling both warm and cold clients to build relationships and establish business needs
*Interviewing - meeting candidates in your sector to probe their experience and provide interview advice
*Meetings - attending the premises of your clients to cement relationships and gain a thorough understanding of their business
*Job specifications - taking down detailed specifications; this can be done on the phone or on site
*Short listing - using job specification to find and shortlist suitable candidates CVs- preparing CVs for submission to clients
*Team meetings - reviewing the previous weeks work and strategising for the next week
*Negotiating - agreeing rates and fees with clients and candidates Managing recruitment process - setting up interviews and preparing candidates

We are looking for:

* Degree Qualified - Preferably 2.1 or above
* Good education background -A-levels & GCSEs
* Some experience within a working/corporate environment desirable
* Personable, measured composed individual
* Good communication skills - needs the ability to build relationships quickly
* Motivated, ambitious and dedicated
