Ernest Gordon are a high performing unit of Consultants that specialise in permanent positions across IT, Engineering and Finance sectors. We are 5 years old and 40 staff strong, operating across 3 sites with the goal of doubling turnover and headcount in 2024.

How? Through training, developing and progressing our staff. Nurturing them to become the next line of Managers, Branch Owners and Directors.
