The Role:

This position would involve providing tailored Financial Planning Advice to the firm’s clients and converting incoming leads, which are generated through strong ties with a top regional Accountancy practice.

Covering a broad spectrum of advice and you will have full paraplanning and administrative support from an experienced, professional back office team.

This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is technically minded and with excellent relationship skills, but who could use the backing of a well-established firm to help generate their own client base and their own space within the Financial Planning Market.

Previous advising experience isn't essential but experience within a Financial Planning firm and The Level 4 Diploma is to ensure that this person can successfully transition into a full advising role in a good time frame.

The Required Skills:

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and a strong level of technical knowledge and an ambition to continue studying towards Level 6 Chartered Status in the future.
  • Experience of working with a Financial Planning/Wealth Management firm.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Competent Adviser Status (CAS) would be a bonus.
