Trainee Financial Planner

Are you a talented Paraplanner ready to take the next step into advisory services? Our client, a leading Wealth Management firm based in Central Manchester, is actively seeking individuals like you to join their growing team.

Our client are looking to speak with candidates who are Level 4 CII qualified (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in a Paraplanner or Trainee Adviser role. If you possess strong interpersonal skills, client-facing experience, and a desire to develop within a supportive environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive tailored training and support to transition into a proficient advisor, encompassing technical expertise and essential soft skills.
  • Onboard clients provided to you, with dedicated support.
  • Gather comprehensive client information to formulate well-informed recommendations.
  • Address client queries efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a commitment to delivering sound and suitable advice.
  • Ensure timely provision of necessary documentation.
  • Engage in prospecting activities aligned with the firm's strategic business plan.
  • Uphold the principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) to guarantee equitable treatment.
  • Keep professional qualifications and development up to date.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Paraplanner/Trainee Adviser.
  • Diploma Qualified (Level 4 minimum).
  • Demonstrable client-facing experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering high service levels.
  • Strong knowledge of Pensions.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills.
