We are looking for a Trainee Financial Adviser for our client based in Tring, Hertfordshire. As a Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting the firm's experienced adivsers in providing financial advice to clients. Your role will include duties such as research, analyzing financial information, preparing reports and participating in client meetings:

Responsibilities:

- Attend Client Meetings with Senior Advisers

- Manage Action Points from Client Meetings

- Business Submission

- Carry Forward, Annual Allowance, Lifetime Allowance Calculations

- Client Financial Review input/updating

- Manage Pipeline for Senior Advisers

- Analytics using FE Analytics and preparation of detailed Voyant reports

- Respond to Client Inquiries (Technical and administrative)

- Identify Opportunities and Referrals from Existing Clients

- Managing workflow CRM systems

- Preparation of Illustrations and Electronic Business Submissions utilising the Blue—door software

- Critical Yield Calculations

- Oversee the completion of the Letter of Authority Process

- Prep for all meetings

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
